Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress) has over 40 years' experience providing comprehensive primary health care for Aboriginal people living in Central Australia. Congress is seeking a Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator who is interested in making a genuine contribution to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people.

The primary focus of the Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator (CQIF) is the provision of continuous quality improvement support to health services to improve health care systems, processes and outcomes. The CQIF works collaboratively with managers, practitioners, and other stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate systems with in the service delivery areas.
